Held at Big Spring Spirits, these classes offer 90 minutes of instruction and a complimentary guided wine tasting and are followed by a social hour to enjoy charcuterie, discuss wine and cheese pairings, and mix and mingle with fellow classmates. Classes begin at 7pm.
